Director, Tom Conway is a licensed Builder and Carpenter with 8 years experience in the trade. Tom is passionate in providing high quality workmanship with a personal approach to the building experiences.
Our service starts at the beginning of the build. We can recommend architects or draftsmen that we’ve worked with in the past and introduce engineers and private certifiers if necessary.
From the planning stage, we can implement best building practices and pick up on anything that will delay progress while in construction, saving time and money through the build. Once we have approved plans and all insurances are in place, we manage the build from beginning to end.
Using the same trades on every job, we can achieve a higher quality finish while minimising mistakes and delays. We use our own carpenters and always have a site manager on site. Once we start a build we will be on site until its fully complete and ready for the occupation certificate.
